Water Application

All water applications need to be submitted accurately for your service to not be suspended. Also, applications will need the following documents submitted with the 2 forms required (Application and contract)
- Photo Copy of DL
-New account Deposit (Fee of $75.00)
-Proof of Ownership of property/home

*Failure to do one or more of these steps will result in the delay in hook-up of utility*

***PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL WATER METERS CAN NOT BE TURNED ON/OFF BY AN UNCERTIFIED INDIVIDUAL, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN A FEE/FINE FOR TAMPERING***
